Library

The lack of available or comprehensive information, the lack of an overviews of global corporate governance codes and guidelines on management of businesses and corporations, and the difficulty of accessing records from interesting conferences or international studies and literature in corporate governance, were the main reasons for creating a comprehensive electronic library.

The library contains most of our available documents, whether articles, books, codes, studies, or presentations from conferences from around the world.

It is divided into seven sections and provides readers with national and corporate codes, textbooks, author’s publications and professional journals as well as research reports.

Any member of the Institute who has requested an access password may use the library to meet their needs. This new service is accessible only to members of the Institute, both physical and legal entities, as part of their membership.
